COOKING CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

To Reserve a Place

Places are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A non-refundable payment in US Dollars for the full course fee per person is required to reserve a place. Space is limited, so early reservations are advised.

Price does not include accommodations and transportation.   

Motherland Cultural Connections LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend its programs, such as hotel, airfare, or ground transportation.

Upon receipt of your deposit, Motherland Cultural Connections LLC will send you a confirmation, provided space is available, and frequently requested information regarding itinerary, dress, etc.

Cancellation and Refunds

There will be no refund for cancellations unless you are able to fill your space with another participant or the program is sold out and someone else signs up to take your place.  If you cancel and the course sells out, then you will be reimbursed in full less a $150.00 processing fee.   

Motherland Cultural Connections LLC reserves the right to cancel any program should a minimum number of participants not be reached.

Responsibility

Motherland Cultural Connections LLC shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury or damage as a result of, including but not limited to acts of God, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline cancellations or other travel issues.

Signature on the reservation form of the participant or authorized representative signifies acceptance of an agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated in these terms and conditions.

Purchase of trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount as well as 15% restocking fee and the customer will be entitled to 85% of the total cost.
