What we used for the salad:
Bean sprouts blanched Radishes chopped Carrots grated A few almonds 5 cherry tomatoes 1 cup of Arugula 1 cup of basil 1 grapefruit cleaned peeled and shredded 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 3 green onions chopped and marinated in apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of rice wine 1 teaspoon of Hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons of Thai salad dressing 2 inches of ginger root
Salmon patties (pan-fried)
Mix all salad ingredients together, drain excess water, and serve cold with your pan-fried or grilled salmon burger or any kind of fish.
