● Recipe and grocery list for the evening's dish

● A zoom link to the evening’s experience

● A 1.5 hr. culturally immersive experience including song, storytelling, and guided conversations

● Connections with blacks from a range of cultures and countries with an emphasis on Cameroon culture and history
